Case Study: Digital System Development for 20,000 Smartphones
Input Data
  • Client: it@M – internal IT service provider for the City of Munich
  • Industry: Public administration
  • Service: System design & project management for mobile application
Initial Situation
The City of Munich needed a scalable, data protection-compliant self-service solution for around 20,000 company-used smartphones. The goal was to relieve support, provide employees with central information more quickly, and make everyday work more efficient.
Our Role
BrewCode GmbH took on project management and system design for the entire project. As a business solution architect, our founder Gaurav was responsible for the overall system concept and coordinated the various project participants. The technical implementation of the app was carried out internally by the city, with continuous support and our expertise in design and architecture decisions.
